Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the TrendSeed app. By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The game
TrendSeed grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for your own entertainment. You must be at least 13 years old.
Virtual items & currency
- Cash, diamonds, tickets, clothing items, and any other in-game content are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
- Purchases of virtual items are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their media-services terms; virtual items consumed or used are generally not refundable except where required by law.
- We may adjust game balance, pricing, and item availability to keep the game fair and sustainable.
Your account
You're responsible for the security of the account you link (Google or Apple). You can delete your account at any time in the app (You tab → Account). We may suspend or terminate accounts that cheat, exploit bugs, abuse other players, or violate these terms; consistent with our fair-play systems, scores are validated server-side.
Content & intellectual property
The app, its artwork, item designs, and characters are owned by Trendseed or licensed to us (including fashion-brand collaborations used with the rights holders' permission). Looks you style in-game may be shown to other players for voting and celebration; they remain in-game content.
Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, automated access, exploitation of bugs, or interference with the service or other players. Please report issues to hello@trendseed.io.
Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trendseed is not liable for indirect or consequential damages; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here and announced in the app. Continued play after changes means acceptance.
