Privacy Policy

TrendSeed is a fashion styling game for iOS operated by Trendseed ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the game, we don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

What we collect

• Account. When you first open the app we create an anonymous account (a random identifier). If you choose to save your progress, we link it to your Google or Apple account and receive the basic profile they share (email address and name). We never see your password.
• Game data. Your closet, submitted looks, level, in-game currencies, story progress, and votes — stored so your game works and syncs across devices.
• Purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple. We receive purchase records (product, time, transaction identifier) via our payment partner RevenueCat to credit your account. We never receive your card details.
• Usage analytics. Anonymous app events (screens used, features tapped), device model and OS version, via Google Firebase Analytics. No precise location, no contacts, no photos.

What we don't do

• No selling or renting of personal data.
• No third-party advertising and no cross-app tracking (we do not use the iOS advertising identifier).
• No collection of sensitive categories of data.

Who processes data for us

Google Firebase (authentication, database, analytics — Google LLC), RevenueCat, Inc. (purchase processing), and Apple Inc. (payments, sign-in). Each acts under its own security and data-processing commitments.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time inside the app: You tab → Account → Delete account & data. This erases your closet, currencies, progress, purchase credit history, and the account itself from our servers. You can also email us for deletion or a copy of your data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, export, or erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. Write to hello@trendseed.io and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children

TrendSeed is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We'll post any changes to this policy here and update the effective date. Material changes will be announced in the app.
